As part of the management training programme, junior managers learn about the company, its culture and its people. Through intensive on-the-job training they gain first-hand experience of procurement, sales, credit control and finance as well as design, HR and IT infrastructure. The training includes technical and leadership seminars to prepare participants for future management responsibilities. Everyone on the programme has their own mentor to support them throughout. Our management trainees are creative, sociable, responsible and decisive team players with a flair for fashion.
